My airline frequently internally advertises promotional and upgrade opportunities - perhaps yours does something similar? <BR/><BR/>It all depends on who you work for but I was working in first class in just under 2.5 years. I'm not really comfortable publicly stating what my pay is but it's about 50% more than economy pay. It's also very dependant on how many hours you work.
